Welcome to paradise
For Caleb and I our home is not merely where we live, it is a testimony of God's goodness.
In April this year we got married and needed a place to live.
We wanted a flat close to town with a lounge so we could have people over.
However everything in our price range was either a studio apartment or a long way out of town.
Prayer was our answer, we turned to God to find us a perfect home.
The next week Victoria University emailed saying they had room in their halls.
I explained our situation and they replied with a one bedroom apartment on Aro St.
It was $80 less than any other place we had looked at, a 10 minutes walk into town and had a lounge.
They also agreed to let Caleb paint it.
God provided exactly what we needed at the right time.
His goodness, love and grace never fail.
“Therefore I tell you, do not worry about your life, what you will eat or drink; or about your body, what you will wear. Is not life more than food, and the body more than clothes? 26 Look at the birds of the air; they do not sow or reap or store away in barns, and yet your heavenly Father feeds them.
Matthew 6:25-26
